Who are you?
We’re a UK-based independent publisher. We make beautifully crafted, reader-friendly books that bring serious ideas to everyday life.
Where do you ship from?
From the UK. Most orders dispatch within 1–3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Taxes/duties may apply at the border and are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit times vary by destination and service.
How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and speed. We occasionally offer free UK shipping thresholds—if active, you’ll see them in the banner or at checkout.
I entered the wrong address, can you fix it?
If we haven’t shipped yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I pre-order? How does it work?
Yes. Pre-orders reserve your copy; your card is charged at checkout. We’ll share an estimated dispatch window on the product page and by email. You can cancel any time before dispatch.
What’s your returns policy?
Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (original postage is non-refundable). Please start your return via our online returns portal for step-by-step instructions and a return authorisation.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, we recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Items must arrive in their original condition and packaging. Once received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Signed/personalised copies are non-returnable unless faulty.
Can I buy in bulk for a course, event, or book club?
Yes, volume orders receive tiered discounts. Get in touch and tell us your quantity, deadline, and destination and we’ll quote quickly.
